ご送金手続きが完了後、最短数分でお受取りが可能となっています。

下記の3点のサービスはお取り扱いしておりませんのでご注意ください。

• 銀行口座へ送金(Transfer to bank account)
• クイックペイの請求書支払い(quick pay bill payment)
• オンラインで開始して店舗で完了(Start online, complete in store)

 

また、一部地域では経済制裁処置等によりサービス対象国であっても送金がおこなえない場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。

〇日本国籍のお客様 - Customers of Japanese nationality

下記の3点からいずれかのご本人様確認書類が必要となります。
You will need one of the following three personal identification documents.

 

• マイナンバーカード
  (my number card)

 

• 運転免許証+マイナンバー通知カード
  (Driver's license + My number notification card)

 

• パスポート+住民票+マイナンバー通知カード
  (Passport + Certificate of Residence + My Number Notification Card)

上陸許可証印が確認できるパスポート
(Passport with confirmation of landing permit stamp)

上記の書類は送金・受取のどちらの場合でもご提示が必要となります。お忘れのないようご注意ください。
